- Identify what aspect of your life is causing the stress.
- Work on management techniques as to how to limit this stress (i.e. organization).
- Ask for help, even when you think that you don’t need it.
- Focus on the positive aspects in your life.
- If none of the previous strategies have worked for you, seek out a psychologist or your school counselor.
